I am not going to try to count these cocoons but I estimate about 250 .  Notice the large objects on right side of the paper.  These are the deepest section of a bamboo tube. It is extremely difficult to remove a cocoon from this woody material, so I leave it along. The deep section only includes one cocoon.

I love spell checkers, because I am such a lousy speller.  So I never won a spelling bee. Turns out winning spelling bees is worthless.
