Mason-bees are one of the groups of native bees.
When midsummer is in full swing, the most common bee in my yard are the bumblebees.

No tubes active yet. I checked the cocoon bad and no
cocoons have been broken. I keep the cocoons in a bag
which allows air flow. So far, the cocoons look like they are in good shape.
