Mason-bees are one of the groups of native bees.
When midsummer is in full swing, the most common bee in my yard are the bumblebees.

May 26, 2020 one last bee, hard to believe
Yes, one last mason be still working on filling a tube
SHe is smart because all the nasty houdini flies are gone.
So she does not have to contend with the rotten, nasty houdini file
She can be seen at the most far right corner of the bee-condo
